is Lebanon's hometown steakhouse. From beginning to end, it is all about the beef! We use USDA certified, dry-aged (21 days) and center cut beef, hand trimmed on site to our specifications and cooked to yours. This same focus is found in all we do and all we prepare for your enjoyment.
